This research is motivated by the importance of preserving batik culture amidst the globalization wave that threatens the sustainability of local traditions, particularly at Sanggar Batik Cikadu in Pandeglang, Banten. The aim of this study is to understand the batik learning process and to explore the cultural and educational values embedded in each activity at the workshop. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that batik learning not only teaches technical skills but also integrates local cultural values such as patience, precision, and mutual cooperation, which are internalized through direct practice. This learning process plays a crucial role in preserving cultural heritage and raising community awareness of their cultural identity. The study recommends the development of a curriculum that is more integrated with local wisdom and the utilization of digital technology to attract the interest of the younger generation in batik art, ensuring the sustainability of batik culture and contributing to the local economy.
