This study was motivated by the challenges in implementing inclusive education at SD Negeri Karawaci 3 Tangerang City, which requires adjusting learning strategies for students with special needs. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of innovative learning strategies in the context of inclusive education. The method used was a qualitative approach with observation and in-depth interviews with teachers and students. The results showed that the implementation of the scaffolding strategy, which involved individualizing and providing special time for students with disabilities, significantly improved students' engagement and self-esteem. This method enabled students with disabilities to catch up with their peers through special guidance and active participation in learning activities. The dominant discussion emphasized the importance of students' direct involvement in learning and the tailoring of materials according to their specific needs. The conclusion from this study is that innovative adaptive and individualized learning strategies can improve the quality of inclusive education but require ongoing training for teachers and in-depth evaluation to achieve optimal results.
