This study is motivated by the low reading interest of students at Daramista II Elementary School, which is caused by the underutilization of the library and digital literacy technology. The purpose of this research is to explore how the provision of rewards affects student participation in literacy activities in the library. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that the consistent and systematic provision of rewards encourages students' reading interest, as evidenced by an increase in the frequency of visits to the library and the use of digital literacy technology. Variations of rewards, both material and non-material, have proven effective in motivating students to be more actively involved in literacy activities. This study emphasizes the importance of collaboration between teachers and parents in implementing reward programs to create a positive reading culture. Thus, school libraries not only function as storage places for books but also as inspiring and relevant centers for literacy activities in the digital age. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of literacy strategies in other schools.
